  1. I just found another site with a little more info. and it shows the Legacy GTB etune II Touring Wagon has 280hp. stock. (twin turbo 2.0 liter).I imagine that the one I saw for sale with a claimed 400hp was modified. http://www.carfolio.com/specifications/models/car/?car=83446 I still would like to know if parts are compatible with any of the US cars. Anyone?
  2. That is excellent info. although I do not have endless money to do any of those modifications. Fun to think about though! The impression I had from the "e-tune" cars was that they were the european release of the legacy GT, but one step further without going aftermarket. (similar to our impreza group( L, WRX and STI). They were selling a stock exhaust manifold that was set up for the twin turbos, etc. Do we have any British people on this board that might know if I am correct?
  3. I recently saw some parts on ebay that were removed from a "legacy e-tune". I tried doing a search and very little came up except a used car dealer in GBritain that had a wagon (01 I think) and in the description it said that it was twin turbo with 400hp! Does anyone know anything else about these? Are they really that powerful and are they common in other countries? Are the parts compatible? Rob
  4. I put the WRX seats in and they are awesome! They bolted right up except for the 5th bolt (rear inside). Since it still has 4 corners bolted down, I will not worry about the 5th. Feels like a totally different car.
  5. That is good news! I will let you know how it works out. Maybe my mothers car can have new seat foam, or add some "other" seat foam to lift out the sag. thank you! Rob
  6. I will check the frame as you said, but probably after I remove the seat, because I bought the WRX seats late yesterday. Thank you for the info! Rob
  7. I have a 96 legacy L and the seat (drivers) is sagging. Long commutes irritate my back. My mothers car (2wd 95 legacy L) has the same problem. Are the seats in a WRX any better, or will they do the same thing? Also, will they bolt right up in place of my Legacy seats, or will they need modification? Rob
