Just a warning to everyone...please please watch your speed on my street .. ( Aspetuck Ridge Road).. the cops have been out in force for weeks now. Dont want anyone getting a ticket. Plus they may be out more since there is a road race ( running) around 9 am tomorrow morning..they dont shut the street down but just be careful.

I am not crazy about them either.. way too big looking.. heck I think my Legacy wagon is a boat. I prefer smaller also. Whats funny is.. my Imp is just about the same size as my lego yet it feels and handles so much smaller.. I am definately keeping the light, quick, and nimble. But I am also thinking on selling my legacy and looking into an older Forester..not sure yet. the 4 inches taller would be great...if it was all in ground clearance..but the whole profile of the car is huge... its all Meh

My Legacy tosses a 420 code everytime it rains. I just carry my OBDII reader with me and have gotten good at clearing it on the fly. Once cleared its good for about 2 weeks. So the comments about paying attention to the conditions when it comes on is important... the only reason I havent looked into mine further is cause.. my Legacy is the beater car..not spending much time, effort, or money on it.

So this is a good sign???

Paul.. John and Jess are bringing some chicken .. Johns chicken..that yummy yummy chicken from Carlisle. I will be getting some corn from the farm stand down the road..unless someone else wants to grab some. Couple more days!

we will be setting up the screen gazebo with a long table in it for food...and also setting up another tarp for extra shade and cover if it rains some... I am hoping to have the bugs under some control..and have repellent if needed. I will pre-apologize for my dogs..they can be a pain in the butt...and the puppy is hyper

What Gary said^.. Plus dont going in all hot under the collar...getting mean gets you no where really. Having a good good relationship with the dealer is key. I just got a new front brake system from mine for no cost. ( 08 Imp) and I am beyond the original warranty..and its something not included in my extended.

I have been driving an 08 Impreza 2.5i for 2 years now... yes they do pull alittle to the right..and yes its normal. Every foreign car I have owned has done that ( and I have owned in upwards of 30 foreign cars and 20 American) I have 38K miles on my Impreza and have been religious about my maintenance. I have had excellent tire wear...in fact I still have 8/32 in tread depth on all 4 ( new is 11/32) .. The loaner car I had when mine was in for a dealer oopsy..was an AT and its pull was alittle more noticeable then my MT..but still normal. You should have felt this on the test drive..if you took it for a long enough one...and if you ordered the car I hope you test drove it before purchase. I drove 2 of them when they were first released...and I ordered mine because they were too new to the scene and my dealer didnt have what I wanted ( I bought one from the first batch shipped to the country) I still test drove mine before signing the papers on it. What I am saying ..and its not to sound mean...but its normal...if you didnt like it you should have noticed it on test drive and made a note of it. then tried another..if that was the same and you didnt like it..then you should have walked. I really hate when people buy these cars then complain about something right after purchase that they should have noted during a test drive.

Thule and Yakima make racks for about every vehicle out there and every sport also. I am using a Thule Side Arm for my bike on my 08 Impreza...its a nice small rack that only takes seconds to load the bike..without removing the wheels. They also make bed attachments if you want to mount it in the bed instead of the roof. I see quite a few Bajas around here with these on the roof.

you might get eaten by the coyotes if you sleep directly on my lawn ..lol Oh John.. about the firewood. Neo is bringing some up but we wont turn down your 5 logs and 3 twigs , if you want.

Paulyburger.. lucky for me there wasnt any rust or water damage in there..surprisingly... just alot of pine needles and Jimmy Hoffa.. I havent found anything at all that is bad on the car..worst was the rear bumper where it had been run without a tailpipe or something.

for when its towed to the body shop..and it will be safer for them on the car then off until that time

I am working on stripping down the passenger side now.. and want to get the rear disk swap parts on soon. Car is going to need new tires..these are severely dry rotted ( you can pull chunks of tread off with your fingers). My baby is coming apart easily..just hope when it goes back together its not a rattle trap. The fenders will be going back on one I finish cleaning whats behind them...along with the cowl behind the hood....wow there was alot of garbage in there. Then I need to pull the interior out...oh fun fun.

It is now... Me and that Weber werent getting along for awhile... But its good now. And thanks.. its the small details that make the difference.. The car was basically good to begin with..but not where i wanted it to be..and the only way to make it what I want is to do the full restore...which means every little nook and cranny needs cleaned out etc etc. Like I said..if it looks even close to what i have envisioned in my head.. its going to be amazing
