My boots are still in the garage..so I know what you mean. I can understand about Blu..I would be the same way if I was using my Impreza...But the Legacy was bought basically for the Barrens...almost a shame too cause it really is a very nice example of a 95 car. I was having fun all over..in the mud..climbing and wandering...cant wait to get the new bigger meatier tires for her. And Neo...I am going to choke you for that picture:grin:

Its a shame you cant stay longer...Neo and me could meet up with you and take you to the Barrens to play in the mud:grin: ( I am now always looking for an excuse to go play in the mud)

I almost blew iced tea out my nose at the high mileage comment .. All of mine except the 08 Impreza are all close to 200K or above. We just did a tranny swap in my 95 Legacy ( the white one in the Barrens pic)It wasnt so bad we had the old one out and the new one in withing a day..then finished buttoning everything up the following weekend ( njdrsubaru and me get together every weekend for something involving cars). Harrys U Pull it is one of the places to go for parts. We will be going in a couple weeks again. As for the tranny work itself...it is a 2 person job trying to get the new one ion ( actually it took 3 of us ) when you are trying to do it on the floor with the car on jack stands and using a large jack...if you have a lift and the right equiptment it should be easier.

Sat a group of us ..Nipper, njdrsubaru, subaru360..a random Jeep guy and myself , went to the New Jersey Pine Barrens for a day of mud and fun. This was my first time and my partially lifted 95 Legacys virgin run( she still needs bigger tires). Never the less ..she kept up with the big boys and never missed a beat. Had so much fun ...it should be illegal. It was OK .. at least it didnt happen early and we had to spend the whole day getting you out.... Hey it happens...I really thought it would be me getting stuck though. BTW your girls were so good!! They seemed to have a great time too. And I described the conditions at frenchies as ....foot of mud on top of ice:) and I really like this picture of Blu:

I am just varifying that they are 100% for the EA81 coupes..and not for Gen 1s..this guy has alot of window gaskets for the older cars

Its OK... you gave me alot of advise for when I make it bigger ( yes I eventually want it to be much higher) Take a couple weekends off before digging back into the coupe ..geesh that thing gives me even more grief then my old possessed XT6..which I didnt think was possible. At least the New Gen cars seem to cooperate much better..glad I moved up..no more old school for frequent driving for me. EJ22s FTW.

Is it time yet??? I got Ceecis hard plates and registration sticker today ..so she is all set!! Tom .. I think they have to be registered..cause we cross some public roads etc.. And I would have to say ...DOOOOO EEEEETT!!! for turning the T Lego into a rally car:)

Here Ben...heheheheh and I have to say..I trust njdrsubaru 100% on this. He would never do anything that would cause any damage to the car...also like he stated.... has ran 4 of them with this conversion. I also ran the car out the day after the lift was on and had a 4 wheel alignment done.
