I have no vibrations on the steering and this is only at a slow speed.how can i tell if the cone washer is bad ?????? Bill

i hear a click or thump noise on the pass. side front of the car.you only hear it up to 15 mph and then it goes away.when i turn sharp right or left i don't hear the noise.is it the inner joint going bad?????thanks,Bill. 1992 loyale 5 speed 4 wd.

i was wondering if it's a plug somewhere to short out instead of going and taking apart all 3 doors.???????

i got voltage on switch,when i presss up and down.it's got me wondering???

my pasengers front wndow wont go down,i have the motor out and i will only go one way,i have tried 3 motors and 3 switches and all do the same thing ( ONE WAY ).can i get some input which way i should start looking,i need to get it fixed because i use it to deliver papers.thank you.Bill p.s. the other 3 windows work fine. after looking and tracing wires with the help of the FSM i got the problem fixed. i found a conector not pluged in all the way at the drivers side kick panel.thanks to all replys,Bill

thanks for everyones input.they had 2 wires crossed and had the distr. bolts loose.put the timing at 20 Degr. put wires back to where they where ment to be and now after i drove it for 10 miles,it runs like a Champ.time will tell if it was worth the $300.00 dollars i paid for it.it came from burt subaru in colorado, and it's rust free.thanks again to all and Happy Holidays to All,Bill.

it starts on the 2nd or 3rd try,it idles on it's own and smooth,when you go quick on the idle it will backfire and die.i drove it but it takes a while to get it up to speed.thank you for the green test conectors because i am going to check the timing and and all the wires. try

i got a 92 loyale wagon today,it's backfiring from the intake when you give it gas,it's got 149k on it.i don't have any other information on it.i got it at a auction and it was a purple heart donation.evrything works on it including the 4wd.where should i start the troubleshooting.thanks Bill. i did not write that the wagon has fuel injection.

i am getting the 88 3door ready for winter and i found out that the rear wheel bearing is bad,can i get some information on how to replace it?????i have not done one on a subaru.i do have a 87 sub for parts and the wheel bearings are okay,how can i get to use them if the are the same anyways.thanks Bill.
