  1. hey how do I upload photo albums from photo bucket?

  2. Whens the bachlor party ? any new projects ? just started working on the 77 red brat im done the 80 brat looks like new came out realy good. Do you have a use for 04 wrx 2.0 heads have a good set came off knocker but compleate with covers and cam gears ext cheers.

  3. hey, im currently converting my 86 hatch to spfi, and had a few questions. first off, is the computer easy to set up? does it just plug into the wiring harness from the manifold, and have a power line to it, or is there more to it than that. also, do i have to have an o2 sensor in my exhaust for this to work?

    thanks,

    SAD

  4. where can I see more of your STI Brat?

    thank you

    SJ

  5. its the VSS speed sensor it needs to be hooked up to the dash wiring
  6. whats your question for the wiring ?

  7. Hey! Got a couple questions on the harness and stuff. Yah, I'm just getting to it now - but the pressure's on. My driveway will have snow soon, and I need to get it running!

  8. they never made any Hydraulic clutch trans SUBARU prior to 1990\91 so i dont know what car you have seen that has a EA engine and hydro clutch ? the EA cars are a lot smaller and the peddle set from a impreza or legacys. will not fit , the 4 bolts for the booster are the same but that's it , the part that bolts up under the dash is different and the throttle cable mount is not part of the peddle set on the EJ cars .
  9. you will need to take all the heat shielding off the up pipe or get an aftermarket one, it rubs a little if you dont .
  10. when i did my brat i had to custom build a peddle set out of the WRX and the brat, lots of cutting and welding , i also had to move the hydro master in more so it was shorter on the shaft , redrill the pin for the leaver and relocate the throttle cable , i built a jig that simulated the firewall so i could weld the peddle set in the proper location . not an easy task and i dont know of any EJ peddle set that would bolt up with out major mods .
  11. you may think its a 4 wheel e-brake because the locked 4wd not awd , when you apply the e-brake and lock up the front it forces the rear to lock up because there is no center diff on the older cars , same goes for the VLSD center diff when you apply the rear e-brake in a EJ car you will be slowing the front wheels a little bit too , some thing to think about when you drift an EJ car so you dont under steer in to the ditch STI's open up the DCCD center diff when you use the e brake for drifty fun
  12. all the older EA81 short shafts with the 23 spline cups i have seen use a different shaft spline so the DOJ will not fit on at least not any OEM shaft . if you have a 80-84 short shaft for a EA81 car with 85-90.....EA-EJ 25 spline cup on it i would like to know what early short shaft you used ? the splines are similar but are not exactly the same that they fit . nothing is written in stone so maybe at some point they changed the the shaft splines in the later EA81 cars but we didnt get many here after 1984 except the hatch / Chaser .
  13. I have some adapter plates left and looking to sell off the rest before i do a new run . 100$ US + shipping or if you buy two ill do free shipping in Canada or U.S. Pay pal account rguyver@hotmail.com they are CNC cut out of 1/2" T6061 alu. and are taped for standard bolts, can be changed , or left blank . I will bring the remaining plates to the WCSS11 and they will be 100$ cash at the show if i have any left at that time, reserve one if needed. 14. fuel lines will be ok for a N/A 2.2, i have used the turbo pump but any good fuel injection pump will work as long as it holds a constant 40+ psi , if you are going to go over 200HP you will need to upgrade the fuel lines and return line , i used the stock supply line as the return and put in a new 3/8 main supply.
  15. ya they did some odd stuff when they had the Loyale , Impreza, and legacys all in production ya never know what to order some days
