WCSS 17 pictures post hear
K9WAGON replied to angerthis's topic in Meet n' Greet. Your USMB Welcome Center
If anybody wants to post links to videos or photos as well I would also be interested since my phone memory was unfortunately full and I didn't get a bunch of pictures. I have many friends who didnt show because of power outages and they want mud pit movies and show photos. Particularly if anyone has any photos or video that helps display the overall size of the show. -
I would be interested in making the run but I don't know where in washington it is nor how severe the trail is going to be. I have the little hatch brat if you saw it at the west coast Subaru show it doesn't have very much ground clearance and I also have an 84 turbo brat with a 4 inch lift and super swampers but there's no engine in it right now and it's a matter of finances and time whether or not I'll have that ready in time it is a possibility but I don't know . I would however be interested in perhaps riding along with someone if I am unable to bring my own ride. Matt

Who is going to WCSS17?
K9WAGON replied to MR_Loyale's topic in Meet n' Greet. Your USMB Welcome Center
I went . I was blown away at WCSS17 LOL . Had a total blast . took my 81 brat (The HatchBrat) and my 86 3 door turbo coupe. Wow what a wild show ! There was even a rollover (no one injured) Too bad i came out of my shell only towards the end of the show. I can be a bit of a hermit sometimes . Detached my exhaust on the second pass through the mud drag pit. Now I can redesign it better! It was a windy but epic show. Whens the next wheeling run ?I am game! Matt. -
i wish, but no it turns over fine and sounds like its getting great compression on all 6, I'm not even sure if the injectors are firing. the fuel pump relay isn't working, I've tried 4 others and still the same. When I hook a volt meter to the blue wire on the FP relay(supposed to be switched 12v with the key) it has no voltage at all. if i power it with 12 volts the fuel pump kicks on. the yellow wire thats connected to the relay is getting 12 volts. so is the black, and so is the green.
-
i measured the ohms from the positive and neg of the fuel pump while it was disconnected and its reading 1.2 on the 200 scale and the pos and neg ohms of the cars wires is 150 volts is very low like .3 edit: when i unplug the fuel pump, and read the volts coming from the cars wires, its 6 volts. is the pump bad?
-
hello everyone, just got an 94 svx, and if i turn the key on and the fuel pump is connected, the orange/brown "RELAY 2M" buzzes and the fuel pump never runs. also the tach sits at 2k rpm. if i disconnect the relay, the tach drops. if i disconnect the fuel pump wire, the relay doesn't buzz and the tach sits at 0. i pulled the pump and connected it to a battery and it ran dry fine. after that i connected the pump back to the cars wiring and relay buzzes, ect. pump doesn't run, even dry. HELP!

Has anyone elces digi dash just start working again? nothing changed, it just started working.:headbang: so.. maybee the analog swap will be put off till it breaks again
-
:banana:Awesome.
-
Unfortunately not.. ive read it many a times in the last few days.
-
well, probably going to have to swap, my digi dash is only about 30% working (speedo and trip computer) so ill swap it to analog. i have the 2 round clips and an analog dash to swap in, plus also the fuel sender unit from the analog car. I know about the search feature and i've spent the last 2 days going threw every term of "digital dash" with no luck. I need the pinouts of the 2 round clips of the 1982 analog dash and preferably one of the digi dash's 3 clips. if all the info is provided, ill make a writeup of how to do it, so there wont be any more of these questions over and over.
