Thanks Mick.

I could always use some more USMB t-shirts and sweatshirts also. Crank up the presses. And Mick, feel free to take a percentage for all of your administrative duties in organizing this. I have no problem with that, and I'm sure the rest of us wouldn't either. If you don't want to keep it, donate to the board in your name.

Hey wait. That sounds like a local Oriental Restaurant.

Thanks for the scoop. I'll check locally to avoid the shipping. -
BRAT shirts? Excellent. Put me down for several!

PM Richie rich. I believe he owns one. Maybe you could convince him to post a picture. -
DOH! I should have known that.
-
Monk, I'll PM John and see if he's interested.

A college student with 10 grand+ to spend on a car? Are you sure you're a clooege student? I remember the days of driving (and living in) an old Ford van, scraping together enough to buy a six-pack of Schaeffer and a couple of packs of Top Ramen. Buy an older ej22 (more reliable) and pocket the rest for tuition next semester, or save it until you graduate and buy a new car.

Rudy, do those tilt (angle)? What's the weight on them?

It looks pretty clean for a soobie engine. They work well in airboats, too.

Condolonces from the North. But rest assured, God's caddy will be tuned up properly from here on.

Take it away Rod ..... "Some guys have all the luck, some guys have all the pain...":-)

Maybe if everyone who REALLY wants one sends a dollar to John (the sucker king) as "interest" money, he might be convinced. I could see where $200 or so might be enough of a cushion and enough seed money to crank up the presses.

When I came onto the board in May, Mick was fronting the orders, and John (the sucker king) did the printing. I don't know if John, now that he has moved his shop, is set up for another run, or if it was worth his while to do another. Maybe if we ask him very nicely and throw in an extra buck or two to sweeten the offer - he couldn't have made much if anything off of the last set- maybe he'd consider it.
-
Please post some pics and dimensions. Maybe a board member (Shawn ?) would want to start fabbing them? I'm sure there'd be some interest.
-
Watch out you'll either become "The G man" or Mr. G - I pity the fool that can pull more g's than me.
-
Looks like a sweet deal.

Change your insurance to carry glass coverage and then throw a brick through the back window and replace it with one that works.

Thanks for the heads up. I already bought a Blizzard for my Ford. If you make it up my drive, you'll see it there. Before that, I was plowing with my 4 wheeler.

No, Kelly, haven't seen it. I was telling Jonathan that I saw another black brat with a black topper (almost as nice as mine) the other day, but was going much too fast to try to signal him. Will keep an eye out. - Also, if the weather turns bad today (starts raining) be careful on the driveway, and your trip home. Happy holidays. -
Who was the original manufacturer, and what does it weigh? I met a guy up here who says he can fab up a receiver for my Brat for hos brand of plows, but the 6'8" plow (Blizzard) for it weighs 480 lbs.

I put high output headlights in my 83 Brat and it made a big difference. The new blue lights are supposed to be even better. It was about $14 per headlight. Just installed low beams. Fixed the problem for under $30.

I think I hear another entry for the Darwin awards brewing here.
