Get the 1 piece driveline made and balanced (51") Buy Jerry's conversion kit for the shifter - it is sweet. You'll need a different clutch set up for it also. But mostly. make sure the tranny you're putting in is in good shape.

Mouse nest: yes, it will require a bit of disassembly to get to it. Best to get a repair manual before digging into it to assist you. Sounds like a good buy. Check the tightness of all nuts and bolts around the torsion bar.

NGK or Accell fit fine. I got a set of Accell wires from e-bay for 15 bucks.
