    My JDM has a plug in it, but the opening isn't threaded.

    Block heaters don't work on JDM's, so I siliconed an oil heater on the bottom of my oil pan. Tank heaters, if properly installed, work well, also.

    Do you have them on the rear also? I always thought that was a prudent thing to do, especially with a Legacy (AWD - full time).

    As for the wrinkled plastic on the visor, buy another one and replace it, or neatly cut away the plastic.

    Ed, when I saw your post I was hoping maybe you were going to attend.

    Loosen the nut that holds it on the wiper post and reposition the arm so it doesn't swing so far. Tighten the nut back on the bolt.
