  1. i left the electric fan of as it is no use cause i removed all the air condition stuff i also had the grill off
  2. finally got my belts yesterday got em on today and running thanks fellas
  3. i am watching your videos i have te fly wheel at the middle mark and the passenger side cam sprocket aligned at the mark on top of the black cover. but the drivers side is at its compression rotation and im unable to turn it by hand. my question is can i simply put the belt on to break through the compassion remove the belt reset the to "middle mark" and reapply the belt and then turn the crank pully 360 and apply the next belt and turn crank 360
  4. the driver side was broke so that side wouldnt spin when i turn the fly wheel. so i put the new belt on and turn it till its at the top correct? then remove it turn the fly wheel back to the middle mark then put on each belt at a time and do the 360 turn on the fly wheel after applying each belt ?
  5. so it needs the belt on it? cause i cant get it to turn at all
  6. ok oive got everything off and this thing wont spin freely its on the driver side
  7. brok on me yesterday any pointers to getting to it i dont want to take the alternator power steering and a/c off if i dont have to i was thinking i could just get to it by taking of the fans
  8. weird my 87 gl wagon has factory a/c whats with all the different variations of these cars
  9. i only see one of these filters on mine and its on the passenger side
  10. word ive been goin over my manual and finally found it. it connects to the air suction valve and is called a silencer i do believe

  12. what is this its on the back side of the crank case on the bottom passenger side and runs to my air box will get more photos when its day light
  13. whats the differences in plating and capping alot of people on here plate there egr valve
  14. my egr valve light is on its also plated runs fine cap those hoses off and check the pcv clean it with brake cleaner or carb cleaner and reinstall make sure air goes in one way but no the other another thing to check would be the timing
  15. a piece of mine is broken just cap the hoses that go to it its meaning less. how many miles it got on it carb ever been rebuilt?
  16. just cap off the hoses you take off i have been goin through the same crap im just replaceing the carb might be your problem too give me more insight on what exactly is happenng
  17. where are you spraying lighter fluid?
  18. what kind of problem are you having?
