Tahuya trip really killed the new alignment and my front blocks are loose. The ej is acting funny. But im thinking knock sensor thanks to northcoast! Cat is clogged good.. i guess i didnt gut it good enough. Im gonna swap a 5mt d/r in.. my ft4wd 5mt just isnt turning tires like i would like... i smoked the clutch good but im thinking legacy automatic in the future with a vlsd out rear... time to do some reading. -

So as much as i hate to agree... i do.. handling is suffering and i admit that its wobbly and feels unstable... ask anyone that tried to kepp up with me befor this lift.. they couldnt.. the car was much faster and felt much more stable and could actually hold its own in the corners...if i cant get ghe car close to that again after a frankin and some suspention stuff.. im gonna drop it down to a 4 inch... Im thinking i may have gone ovrrboard but ill see what i can do about stabalizing it more... Thank you for your input i do apriciate it..really -
Not sure im gonna make it this round got a couple bugs that surfaced after the lift that need squared away.. like having brakes!!! Banjo came loose and now i got air in the line.. i cant bleed alone. And i work all day.. but i did finally drive it for the first time.

Did the steering link and i was kinda wingin it on the shift linkage but it all came out good and strong... a little tweek hear... some tubing there and magic!! Got my shifter back and all my gears... No brakes cuz a banjo somehow came loose during the lift so now she needs a bleed.. car feels slow and wobbly.. im feeling that i may need an alignment and to go through all the bolts and nuts just to be sure I didnt really take pics of the process cuz i didnt sleep at all for 3 days.. im still feelin it... And yes the wheels are off a mitsu mighty max 4x4. Good eye. They are very close to a stock offset.. im not sure i like it though.. might be looking for some more offset like chevy pickup wheels or something.. its up in the air -

Dropping The mustache Bar can Cause It To Catch or Snag Offroad And Bend... There Are Better Options For dropping The Diff, But Basic And Affective diff Drop Plates Do An Awesome Job of Keeping Most The Things from Hanging Up But It Still Happens With It Up.. A Good Option Could Be Tube Diffdrop That Attaches At The Oem Locations And Triangulates To The Diff ..seems Like A nice Strong Happy Medium There Is A Guy On the Board That Sells Them...

I swear ive seen this car drive past auburn municipal airport... maybe not, but then again it would he hard to miss. Nice rig
-
I used a air hammer to stuff 30" tires under a 2" lift
-
Honetly... it could be the offset causing the rub... but 31"tires do tend to rub with lifts any smaller than an 8"
-

Really... get yur head out of the gutter and don't assume I'm stupid... I merly stated that my v8 lt1 has a twin timing chain that can withstand up to x horspower... not that it creats hp!!!... I can't help but laugh. I was just saying that maybe an aftermarket steel timing chain as replacement for the weak rubber belt... maybe its a way to get rid of the issue or make it last longer.. all I was doing was brain storming and hoping to get some real imput on the thought. Thank you so much marcus Kind reguards to 2.7 loyale as well

clocking shouldn't be a problem... well the axles at the part stores have the same p/n and never specify left or right... am i wrong?? ive bought alot of axels from trucks to honda's to subaru's...omg alot of subi axel cuz i seem to kill them often... its mainly cuz of the lift and the fact that its 2 in over stock geo... but i was losing them at stock geo. my point is part number are the same so that means left and right would not be clocking sensative... it would make sence tha that say "HONDA" being non symetrical halfshafts would be possibly clocking and definitely side sensative. as one is longer that the other and there is no way to put a left on the right or vise versa... i really dont think soobs are clocking sensative... please show me if im wrong... im open to learning something new... all in kind words btw thank you
