I ain't no vet but I've been wheeling since befor I had a license. Noone wanted to go so noone went. I didn't even go.. wish people were as pumped to get out as I am... ill be trying to set up a trip to elbe hills next month... id love to see a larger turnout of soobs cuz I wheel with much larger rigs jeeps sammys and other lifted rigs and I'm almost always the only soob... recent thanks to kevin and nick for making truck owners envy the soobs. I wish more guys or gals could make it out. Marcus

Not sure where yur located but there are shops that can use your fittings or new ones and custom make a set for you to bolt on. Price was good and quality was exceptional... the hose guy in tenino for instance.

Anyone come up with a plan yet then... to keep this going???. I've been following this thread for a while now... and all Im seeing is alot of talking and my subi is craving more trails... any dates for trips? Any locations?.. who is going.??. Lets all help each other out and get on the trail!!!

had a good time sufferd no bad damage this round i really need to figure out where i put my ecu as im terified of where its at. my only damge was a bent muff and kevins wagon was a little thirsty next day after i got to work didnt realize how dirty it was wish we went there first. we werea all very busy having alot of fun so not alot of pis were taken i have a few vids ill put up but wanna go through it all first.

Yanked them off a yota 4 runner but I'm almost sure they are chevy wheels due to the large offset they have... I may put them on my wagon as I still have them.

I ran bad bearings for about 3 years... the niose was so LOUD! And it would shake the car and shake violently a couple ball bearing in the frond were missing a couple chunks and one cage was split in half clean...

Is that an idf???. When I had my bug I wanted to run that carb... went with a 2 bbl prog carb instead but does that fit under the hood of a soob?

Sounds like more trouble to use pucks on a unibody car because of the struts. Or was its said that it wasn't used on the strut??? Just dosent fit together in my head amd its weak. I did this option to a nissan pickip and that worked out. But its a body on frame truck so it dosent affect suspension (longer steering) Id go wit camber correct strut tops at least and I'm still trying to work out the rear shocks being dropped in my head...... Walmart in yelm at 10 am... then make a stop at my buddys for a min then head out from there.

I've got a pull rig just in case but he needs diesel money... looking try and scrounge up about 20 bucks so he can make it... anyone willing to donate???. I've got abot half for him.. very good friend of mine and Id love for him to make it... this is really just a have fun kinda trip its not extreme stuff. Stock is fine just steer clear of deep ruts and water..and keep in mind you will probably rub ground this is mainly so wa can all get to know each other and hopefully make this kind of stuff more common... cuz its so frickin fun!!.. northcoast probably knows more exteme stuff than I do but this is the area I grew up in and mud and horsepower and oil is in the blood and part of me... this not a huge deal but its a good chance to hang out and have some fun without going overboard. Looking forward to seeing you guys out there... and anyone who wants to photograph??... pics for the board are awsome and if you got a gopro please bring it Marcus

Ya... had a no lift soob went last time... he had a real hard time on hills... but momentum was the key I guess

My biddies and i call it the pipline.. its ft lewis area thurston co near rainier... my intake is still opend up and the poor girl had a little to much to drink wading the tank trap... I'm gonn try and figure that out Saturday... I mainly just gotta do some welding to fix her up. Will have a time later on tomorrow.

i live in tacoma and have a few friends i wheel with. i dont know many lifted guys but chime in if yur willing to break yur car please dont be the guy thats afraid of a scratch or ding... ive got a nice spot around ft lewis... very steep long hill climbs, mud, rocks and dirt roads... its good fun. chime in if ya wanna come.. lookin at this weekend sunday. bring whatever you want thanks marcus
