  1. Upssssss! I must do a complete rebuild of my brake system. I'll post some pics. Hope to start next weekend!
  2. Buy a Subaru Tstat. Check if the fans runs in the correct direction. Other thing you must check is if the heater radiator is clean. Coolant level doesn't decreese?
  3. Just for trying to help you, i recomend to do both sides of the engine. Then when you has both heads removed, check the cylinders. Sometimes it is not necesary to do a comple rebuild of the engine. I did a complete head cylinder rebuild with complete valve work some weeks ago. If you need help, it will be a pleasure to help you! Sorry if make mistakes writting!
  4. For doing a good work, you must remove the other side head, and rebuild all the valve seats. Check the valves guides too. is this your first time doing engine works?
  5. Congrats!!!! I wish i could find one in Argentina!!!
  6. What a nice job you are doing!!! I did a similar work when i was 17 on my first wagon.
  7. for sure you need new vlves, and have to check valve guides too! Did you find any marks in where the piece hit?
  8. Ok.....maybe, i can help you. Peugeot 505 and specially 504 are very popular in Argentina. I Will try to find the way to send you some nuts but first of all we must see wich ones you like. There is no such of variety off accesories in argentina like in the states as you are familiar to find. So give me a cuple of days for do a search.
  9. Clean the engine. Then, you Will find the leak.
  10. If i'm making a mistake, correct me, but i think all brats has EA81 engine(1800) The best and faster way to check so is the starter, 1600 is in top ( in the middle like 12 o clock) and if it is 1800 you have the starter on the right side looking from the front. Valve covers are in a clear colour in 1600 engines.
  11. Mmm, The secos photo seems to show that the water found the way in between head cylinder and gasket. You must clean al least that part of the engine and then re check or take some new photos for us to help you. But it will be easier if the engine is clean to detect where it come from.
