Hello guys i have a 05 forester which recently i change the motor on. In the time i have the car it has started to make knocking noise which i think pretty sure comes from the torque converter i am not sure if the rocker arms can make that noise keep in mind that the head where machine shop, but it does the noise when ever i rev the engine or whenever i have the car in reverse of neutral/ stationary at a light. The car runs great shift fine and has no driving problems any idea on what it could be ?? Any suggestions will be gladly appreciated

ok so the i changed the motor recently and the torque converter fell offf while removing the engine is was put back together but i am not sure if the person put it in the right way,, i know definitely that is not rod or bad valve because i did i sound check and it come directly form the torque converter so that's why i wasn't sure some times when i stop at a light it feels like the car wants to shut off but it doesn't like the rpms fall under they suppose to be but it levels out again -

I appreciate the opinions

I feel it more in front of my seats not under . when you feel it feels like the whole front end is shaking . The steering wheel doesn't shake by the way only the front end of the car , and like I said its only when I am accelerating from 50-55 and 65-70 , when I let the pedal off its stops shaking but when I press the pedal again at those specific speed it will start all over again

Hey guys I still have my 05 Forester X 2.5L automatic and recently it started shaking when I reach speeds in between 51-55 and 65-70 if I let off on the accelerator between the speed it stops but as soon as I step on the gas it will start again and its only in-between those speed I haven't been able to figure it out Any ideas on what could it be oh and the check engine light is on. Thanks you for your opinions

Hello everybody Some of you might know me for the swap that i did on my forester Now recently i am having a problem with my radiator and water . i took the thermostat out because my car was overheating and recently its taking all the water from the bottle and radiator and drinking it all in a couple of minutes of driving i dont know why but i have to keep feeling it up every 30 to 40 minutes of driving i use coolant so i dont know why is this is happening . when i filled it back up i start the car and the water comes up the radiator throughout the filler and drips over, like something is clogged up .... the water pump is working so if you guys have any opinion it will be gladly appreciated Thank you all
