the tooling costs for urithane bushings are high ... i know i've got a friend who had a partnership of sorts with prothane... he paid for the tooling of the bushings on a mkI mr2... don't know how much as he would never tell but it was his personal money... and he in turn had the rights to be the only person to sell them... managment changed and they sold them to anyone who wanted them...
