  1. in the wallyworld parking lot today saw an rx coupe but instead of rx it said rs....a/t w/pushbutton 4wd...anyone have info on these cars?
  2. thought i would throw in my 2 cents...when i blew the engine in my civic in 1987 i went to the subaru dealer in castle rock colorado and there was a turbo justy on the floor..i remember this because i had no idea what "turbo" meant
  3. still trying to find that ever elusive highrise console, the kind without the slots for auto seatbelts....
  4. have driven the ea-82's for over 750,000 miles on various wagons...just feel very comfortable and comfy in them...that's why i am trying to find a cheap one right now
  5. well, kudo's again to steve and the guys at pacifiic auto import...diagnosed by check engine light quick as a flash, not as bad as i thought it was going to be, changed a couple of belts and voila...back on the road and at a considerably cheaper price then what was wanted in seattle... these guys rock!

  7. i believe i read there is a 5-10% failure rate on the h/g's....which means i am not all that worried...just hit 120k on my 96 and still going fine...ummm, fingers crossed though, just in case

  13. was there on thursday and there were at least 2 ea81's, bunch of ea82's also....heck, a couple of the 82's only had around 130k on them too...
  14. its subie related as i need tools to go the jy's with to pull parts people want for their subies or it goes on ebay just wanted to thank jack mccloud for sending me some tools in the mail the other day...a nice socket/driver set so now pull a part will be seeing me again.... also wanted to thank ed for some tools too!! again he shows why everyone just loooovvvveeessss him and, actually, want to thank everyone on this board for all of their help/tips and suggestions over the past year or so as my wife and i try and make things work here in the state! THANX EVERYONE!!! alan
  15. maybe your gas stations have switched over to an ethanol blend...that might tend to reduce your mpg....
