Well I took my brat for a nice drive today and we went to a nearby park where I parked in a shaded area and decided to take some pics. All my pics come out glarey in the past so I was hoping the shade would help for some better pics. They came out a little better but check out my new dashboard cover. Looks like a new dash... got to love it!! Heres some pics....

Sorry... My bad... I didnt mean rust buckets to the extent of not worth fixing but rusty enough to maybe modify instead of restoring it. But to each his own. And yes I agree great Brat either way I just liked it stock better.

A nice clean Brat should be kept stock due to the fact that theres not to many out there. Theres plenty of beater rust buckets out there to tamper with. I say leave the nice ones alone. Just my opinion but what do I know anyways..:-\ I love the pic of the drive way.. Looks like a Brat party going on there..

Well.... I dont want to send it anywhere. Im in West Palm Beach, FL 33415. I dont want to take a chance parting with or losing this piece so I will not ship it somewhere. The shop will have to be local, in driving distance. If I can find a place here than I will investigate in getting more made if its not to much $$$.

What kind of shop(s) do you think could probably reproduce these????? Is there interest here for these or should I not even bother trying to find someplace to make more of these??? Any input would be helpful....

Yes, the Holy Grail would be an uncracked dashboard but this is the next best thing. I got one from Skip today. Its the one that was on the Brat I sold him 5 years ago. It was never glued on just a little stuck from the heat. Thanks again Skip!!!:banana: I was wondering if theres a local shop here that I can get to duplicate these for us on the board. Any suggestions to what kind of shops I should bring it to for duplication would be appreciated. If I can get more than Im sure people here would love to have some. Let me know what you all think. Heres a pic...

What do you mean by the aft section of the tranny?? My backing lights are a no go as well. What wire did you fiddle with?? How far under by the trannty were you?? Just want to know for sure so I can try the same thing. Thanks, Tommy..
