I replaced the brake pads and got it back on the router but it doesn't seem to be breaking when I slam on the break it pulls to the left. Do you think my caliper piston is shot. My brake pedal can go all away to the bottom and it doesn't seem to have much resistance to it. help please an thank you. -suburat

O boy I had the same issue. Blew my mind. My electrtion helps me out so I'm not 100% on all of this we did a sub wire from my ignition to my battery with a 12 v capastor then connected to my fule pump also we put a fuse on the sub wire so I don't fry what's left. So now when I turn my key to acc the fule pump begins to pump Sorry for not being more clear but I am NOT an electrtion cheers! -SUBBYRATT

In what shape are your 77's boots? And thank you for the new fab advice. I will look into it. I feel as if putting a new fab on there may be the way to go. - subyratt -
Any one have these parts and or know how I can go about replacing them with new fab -subyratt CHEERS!!

Mtbakeris replied to levears's topic in Historic Subaru Forum: 50's thru 70's
I had the same issues I did a sub wire with a small 12v regulater connecting to my ignition so It would pump gas when my car is in accessory. Worked like a charm
