Ok cool, yea I seen that they had a 8'' clutch and a 7'' clutch and I do remember my flywheel being the 8-7/8 because of being 4wd.

So I found a stage 2 clutch but its for a brat 1984 to 89, will that work with my D/R 4 speed??? I have a 89 motor and flywheel..........

Here's the motor. Wheels with all center caps. Do the usually come with rear disk right??

I'm not ganna put an EJ in it till I get the money put together, because I want to go EJ25.

Will the xt clutch work on the 4 speed D/R??

Ok cool do you think the heads will be cracked on it too like every other ea82?? Because my NA heads are cracked but I've been reading that it doesn't cause a problem.

I know the turbo is bad but other than that, nothing serious.

Hey soooo I'm looking at picking up a 1986 xt 1.8 turbo for 300$ is it worth it???

This how I've done it, not completely done yet still need to do some more welding and then paint.

The front, I did some mods so the strut can slip down father, but because I'm only 2wd now, so I cut the part that bolts to the hub so everything would stay together I'll take some pics when I can.

So looking for a stage 2 clutch, do the make one???

Well I'm not 4wd anymore so I could lower the shock, as in I made a custom mount. (I'll take pics of the right side when I do it.) But I took some ideas from AE86 hachi. Kind of like this.

HAHAHA yea I wasn't sure on that either but when he asked what motor I have and that really (costly$$$$$) oil filter is for a 93 Cherokee not a 84 Subaru, I'm not really sure where I was going with it lol. Anyways my cars like to blow up for some reason so I'm ganna try to spend some money on this rebuild so it wont go.................BOOM!!! The motor is an EA82 out of a 89 gl 1.8 its ganna have a Weber 32/36 DGEV, I'm ganna try to port and polish it a little bit, with custom header and 2 1/4'' exhaust<<(not sure if that's a good size) or should I go 2 1/2'' exhaust??? And need some input on the PP? Everyone is probably thinking "why spend the money on an EA why not just go EJ swap its better" well unless someone is ganna buy all the stuff I have for this and buy me an EJ I'm going this route. And sorry about the confusion guys.

I'm ganna have a crappy EA82 1.8 with a Weber. haha It's just my car like to go boom soooo if I make sure its not ganna blow by over protective in a way I don't want to have any problems, complete rebuild new everything.

Here's a pic of today I got to go out and wash it up a bit and put the grill back on tried to restore the bumpers with some plastic wax. Anyone know how to get the plastic to come back and black without paint??

Been working like crazy haven't really had time to work on it and inventory aka (car parts) haha, haven't really increased much. But more inventory is on its way!!!

Well I got to drop the tank and rear end!! Tank cut open and hard line taken out ready for a new one. Rear end welded and ready to go in.

So going to drop the tank today and put a new hard line in. You can get that hard line out without cutting open the tank right??
