Saw that miata struts work on the Subaru gl. Will rear coilovers work?

As some of you know I been blowing up this forum with countless help threads. Thanks everyone who helped especially "jonno" I traded the car for a flat screen tv I won in a raffle and $250. When I went to go look at the car it was sitting in a field. The turbo was off, along with all the vacuum lines. The only way I could figure this all out was wait for a rx to show up in a pick n pull and take pictures. Finally one showed uo in chico,ca. Got all my vacuum hoses correct and snagged a few parts. After getting everything hooked up and having no information on this motor besides having the previous owner tell me the head gaskets were changed and "good luck" everytime I would drive the car it would fall straight on its rump roast. Rev to about 2500 and then drop rpms. I figured id try seafoaming the car. This is when my engine bay started smoking. I had an exhaust leak! Ordered some exhaust manifold gaskets and bang! The car was 10x quiter and would actually drive! Boost leak was my issue. Now I just need to figure out why my cel will sometimes come on until I hit the throttle a little. Im thinking knock sensor?

Would running a single wire non heated 02 sensor (universal) work on my 3 plug ea82? I understand I have to splice but will I get a code?

idle jump at steady rpm
elgigante replied to elgigante's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
Also no vacuum leaks and recently changed intake manifold gaskets Could the culprit be knock sensor or 02? -
I desperately need help. If I hold my car at a steady idle of about 2500 it will drop down about 100rpm then go back to 2500. Just changed spark plugs and gapped to 1.1mm also put a new dist cap. The idle is also very low. When I drive once it gets past the 2500 mark its a sudden burst of power. Car is mpfi ea82t

Car is a 5 speed transmission with a button for 4wd. Is there only one dipstick? Also what weight fluid? Capacity? Etc

Yea how would I hook it back up? The straight part to turbo? Bottom to waste gate? Back of the solenoid to the vacuum on manifold -

I have the wastegate connected to the turbo it self as I saw on a rx when I went to pick n pull, is this not correct? Or should I connect the waste gate duty supply? And if I do connect it will this help? -

Never drove a ea82 until I purchased one. I dont know how they run when running good. When driving on the highway when I get to about 4k the car feels like boost kicked in. Is this right? Also sometimes the green turbo light will stay on until I punch the throttle. I thought it only goes on when im boosting

EA82 Idle Air Control Valve
elgigante replied to idosubaru's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...

I got a rx tps. Its a 3 plug. Could I make this work?
-
Just got back. Snagged a few things.
-
Hey thanks, kinda confusing though, to me it says you can use a spider tps, but then you cant. Am I reading this right? "To make this style work with a Spider TPS you just need to combine the 2 ground wires(or just cut ff one of them, since they are already combined further up the harness) and match the remaining 3 to their respective pins(power, signal, Idle) on the Spider TPS. As far as using a Spider TPS with the older type, I can't see how it would work. The old style is not a potentiometer"

So I need help on how to dial this two plug tps in. Mine has two wires going to the tps (room for 2) then a plug with three wires. Anyhelp? And is there any way to mod a different tps to this car as I cannot find one anywhere
