Hello i having problems with my radio in my Legacy 3.0 2007. Today before i was checking the cable couplings on the radio it worked but sometimes went dead for a while and sudden it started again. The fan control unit works well but radio screen was black. Today i checked the cable coupling and started the car and radio was dead and wont start anymore. It started for a couple of seconds but went dead again. Is there anyone else having the same problem?

Had the car to a local car workshop and had the coolant system tested for leak. If there was a leak the test gauge should get yellow. He only saw a tiny minimal amount of yellow on the tester. He was not sure if there was a headgasket or krack in the head. What else could be leaking? I have tried to watch from wich side of the exhaust pipe it smokes from and it comes from both of them.

I had a leak on my older subaru from 1989, This was a major leak on the head gasket. Bubbles ang smoke visible in the overflow bin. And sparkplug was wet. This problem is not that obvious. i dont smell like coolant but once i did a kickdown in front of a friend and she told me it smell discusting, and not sweet like coolant.

Hello i have some coolant problem on my legacy 3.0. When I drive and do a kickdown I will see a big white cloud behind my car. Driving normal and there's no smoke. Today a noticed the coolant expansion was empty. There is no water in the oil or oil in the coolant. So night it be a bad headgasket or something else? Is this a common problem on the h6?

I see, then there is something wrong with the automatic, and i dont even know where to begin. The thing is that when warm the engine never goes down under 1000 rpm, -

Rpm is constantly on 1000. When i start it goes up to 2000 for a while. It takes 1.1 liters on 10km = 21.38 miles per gallon Is this normal consumption? sometimes the rpm goes down to 500 and the engines runs uneven, and seconds after it goues up to 1000 rpm. When i trying to drive slow on first gear it will stumble and twitch, Have changed cooling sensor (Not genuine part) Sparkplugs NGK Ignitioncables (Not genuine part) Rotor and dissy. (Not genuine part) oxygen sensor. (Not genuine part) Bosch. -

Well the engine is running but I have to high idle and sometimes it's hard to start the engine. I believe the coolant temp sensor is bad. I have tried with a new one, not original. Where can I get an original temp sensor? The Subaru in Sweden can't help me they don't even found the sensor in their lists. One more thing can I adjust the idle? -

Find out it was a blown headgasket I have removed the camshaft on the distributor side and wondering if it makes any different how I put the camshaft back? Or is there any markings on the sprockets , camshaft and distributor?
