Does that mean switching the entire seat frame and all or just the cushions so the seat adjusters are still on the outside? Thanks

I have a 1985 BRAT with the stock wagon wheels. The bolt pattern looks like 4 x 100 with a FWD offset. Is that right? I want to get some wheels to replace mine while I mount new tires. It's winter here now (Minnesota)and this car has never seen snow so just driving it in isn't an option.
