Hi, first time posting i hope it is in the right place. I have a 94 gt legacy, the low beams are fine, the high beams work when the lever is pulled toward me but not when pushed into a locked position, BUT when checked with a light meter everything lit up but still no highs, bulbs are not particularly old, could it be something else? (Btw pulled steering wheel out and cleaned connection there without success)
