  1. chop off car, build up with wood and bondo, pop off a mold and start making parts
  2. my day Job is working at a company that builds Jetted Bathtubs, Ive built many fiberglass molds from drawings, it Just takes time which I dont have much of SJR I still have this car it could be the pattern, I just need a few guys with nothing else to do to do the work
  3. remember this modification from this into this well what if we did that with the subaru, cut the front and rear off a wagon and add a fiber glass nose and tail, it would be lighter and have better aproach and departure angles
  4. removed all the Junk in the rear , tore out the carpet ,removed the rear bumper , and put on the rear tail without the window, Im ready to go wheelin now, lets go , maybe walker this weekend?? the reduction in weight sure makes a difference
  5. if your going to redrill 6 bolt rims make sure they hav flat spots where the new holes will be drilled some rims have bends and bumps in the way of drilling, they should be like this one smooth

  11. what you see is a built in roof rack the actual roof will start lower, as far as the windshield goes Im going with a Samuri , this will eventually be licensed for the road so I want it DOT aproved glass

Summer Subaru Offroad get together, I think it would be great for all us Northwest guys with our lifted Subarus to get together sometime this summer and have a good time, do some trails, maybe campout, have some competitions, even a Offroad car show and events, Bar-b-que, do it somewhere in NW Washington, whose interested? what kind of event would you go to centered around offroading Subarus??? got a location idea? Scott
  14. how long?, how large the group buy is will determine the length of time, I will need all the money from everyone up front , then the orders will be filled , you guys work together and tell me what works for you all, remember this is a "Group Buy" everyone in the group will benefit price wise , but it wont happen till as a team your all together on it
  15. group buy prices on lift kits for EA81 and EA82 and EJ -EA Engine adapter plates and EJ Swap kits I can provide the parts, Im asking you guys to figure out the details on what is fair on a group Buy deal , post reply here with what you want and what you would pay .Thanks Scott

  17. since the last picture I havent done any fab work, Ive got the seats up there and are figuring the placement of all the main cage bars, design work, thats the fun part, almost ready to cut some more steel , it will have 4 doors and all 4 will have identical frames , also looks like sammy glass for the windshield should work,
  18. on my white car which Ive ran for over 2 years now it has a 3-1/2 lift at the front strut and 2" at the engine so the front axles are stressed over stock 1-1/2" , on the maroon car ( Jeffs now) it has a 2" lift at the strut and none at the engine for 5 months now and my ole blue Bomber had the same lift as Jeffs , Ive never had a front axle issue on any of these 3 cars all EA82 Wagons SJR
