  9. With a EJ22 and a dual range your gears will be ok, no need for a second transfer case , I would go EJ 2.5 before I T cased it on a road car

  11. check out the pictures, the throat on mine is larger fits the gasket and carb bore better, like you would do when porting a intake, no flow or dyno test done Scott
  12. 1 piece Aluminum adapter works on EA71 and EA81 stock intakes allows for mounting Weber Carb, better flow and more power then the other brand, built and engineered in the USA http://www.sjrlift.com/index.php/catalog/misc/weber-adapter-ea81-detail
  13. I had that same issue with grass in a clutch years ago on a Subaru buggy , great story!
  14. I have the same issue , I place them on facebook and add a link to here
  15. not to add to much pressure but its been 2 years lets see this rig on the trail soon! , as far as a removable crossmember or other removable parts a cut off saw and a welder makes all the parts removable and replaceable, just get this thing back in one piece , you will make a few mistakes but that can be changed later too, what do you want a project that goes on and on ? or a machine you can take out and wheel with your buddies? Your choice, no more excuses we all want results .
  16. You will love the welded locked diff, makes a huge difference, will add strain on axles and diff stubs , so don't overload the car
