  1. Saturday morning would be good 24th Mar, If you bring your car we could fix the rear diff too , what evening you avalible
  2. does anyone offer a offroad frame similar to these examples that a guy could buy and with a doner car build up a machine??
  3. now that looks good, even licensed for the road , now thats a Idea ,could even have a towbar , tow it to the dunes or woods ,go play and tow it home Huuummmmm,
  4. I live in the NW most of our driving is in the woods go to the sand on vacation
  5. bolts are provided , unless you chose not to get them, all kits can be customized to your specs, Scott
  6. thanks for the links, Im thinking legacy running gear with a D/R 4 seater something simular to this
  7. Looking for pictures of a 4x4 subaru running gear sand type buggy, looking to maybe make one
  8. well Ive been cleaning up and clearing out, If anyone wants to help I will be at it today and saturday, even friday afternoon, and on and on, lots of car stuff to give away come and get it
  9. on my white car its in the stock location, one thing you can do is turn it upsidedown which drops it a bit
  10. Dylan and Andy and others were meeting tonight if you can make it
  11. on my sand rail it had FI and alot of wires and a computer , I changed it over to a carb and now theres no computer , I did it cause I didnt want to be stuck out in the dunes someday , cant wait to see this rig on the trail some day , maybe this summer we could have a big run somewhere
  12. the only axle failure I have experianced was with 3" difference , that was a 3" lift on the rear of a EA82 with no diff drop that was on the Blue Bomber sand car , i woldnt go past 2" difference on EA82 and 1" difference on a EA81 , when I saw the Allied wagon at wcss7 it had many split axle boots on the rear
  13. pictures, on the EA81 you dont want more then a 1" over stock angle on those axles its the weak link ,in my opinion
  14. I have a used set if you want them , or I can new for you , Im on the border near Surrey
  15. the studs I used are course on one end and fine on the other, I tap the plate course and use thread locker on them then use a fine nut on the other end
  16. I used 3/8 studs towards the D/R and 5/16 for the engine side grade 8 , used 5/16 so I wouldnt need to drill out the threads on the engine
  17. super swampers are the best for mud thats what Ive been running for almost 2 years , on my new project Im running KOOKs why better road tire and they will be great
