  3. got a 2002 Impreza, its got a SJR 6" lift, I picked it up locally from a guy that built it with a 2.5 22 heads franken moter well the moters toast and I bought the car engineless, I just picked up a 3.3 SVX engine with the ecu and wiring so I have a project on my hands,will get all the parts put together then tackle the wiring

  6. so you want a set? it looks doable , need to find out what the center hole size would be , the back drums will be simpler then the fronts,what wheels would you use? got some specs on them?

I left my "other job" and am now SJR fulltime so have time to develope some more stuff, anyone interested in 4 on 100 mm hubs for the older cars? the normally 4 x 140 EA82 and EA81 ? , I havent figured it all out but it looks like the stock hubs could be machined to work, looking to buy a plasma cutting table and a press brake if you know of any , things to come complete bumper lineup, skid plates, anyone interested in a kit to turn a wagon into a brat? I could make up a fiberglass kit as thats what I did at my other job, made patterns and molds for fiberglass Scott

  10. Im interested to see what works, I would think it would be good to use the Nissan parts with outer hubs, as the subaru axles may end up being the weak link and break
  11. thats what it needed thats a area I need to work on on the 6" lift. looks good
  12. ready to start on the toyota solid axle rear, any suggestions? was hoping to use all the stock body mounts on the car , maybe a 3 link in the rear maybe a 4 link. I have the rear and the 3.9s an a locker just need to put it together

  14. I ran 27" swampers on a stock ea82 and ran it in low range most the time (unhooked the rod), or you hardly use 5th gear , its pushin it , got a EJ now and its no problem
  15. pics in the front yard new tires came in TSL 28 x 850-15, mounted on dodge d-50 rims , milled out the huds for the 6 bolt pattern most of the choppin is done, now to start the tubing layout and design, the other one is at 77 inch wheelbase, this one is 85, I think Ill end up makin this one shorter like the other, as I like the shortness pokin around in the woods,

      do u have any info on wheels with smaller off sets than the stock snowflakes????

  17. will need 4wd rear cross tube ( it has the front mount for the diff) will also need 4wd rear arms with hubs, basically the complete rear suspension, will also need driveline and center bearing mount on the body, I welded some angle on the one I did
  18. I went with a pro tools just because afreind has all ther dies and Ive used it and liked it, spendy, , you cant go wrong with a miller, I would get a 220volt with gas MIG
