  1. lets do it, if you make one I could make a one piece fiberglass nose that would be hood fenders and grill all hooked with clearence for tires, I would use a wagon and cut the whole back off up to the gas tank and we could make a one piece rear section out of fiberglass, I live just over the line we could do it in a weekend

  6. heres the cam # upper hose I got these at rileys you can see the # it also fits a 93-97 chrysler/dodge 3.3 v-6 concord and Intrepid lower hose lower hose fits a 91 BMW M3 lower , I trimmed 3" off the top end these hoses have 1 end smll for the rad and one end big for the EJ I ran the car today it goes nicely good combination regular hotrod , just have to get the mouse smell out they moved in since the car sat these last 4 months
  7. weak point with the subaru is your rear axle setup the sidekick will have a stronger axle and you can buy a locker the ea81 is the weakest ea82 axles and stub shafts will break with a locker newer gen stuff is stronger
  8. go with a EA82 body (85-88 will have the dual range) do a EJ swap and install Delta low torx cams 4" lift 27-30" tires redrilled chevy wheels
  9. on all my wheelers with a ej22 ive used the old ea82 4x4 parts, only failure ive had was operate error, you learn to luge it or spin the tires. dont slip the clutch
  10. Delta Low Tork cams ,in the pic the top one is the stock one, delta regrinds the stock cam to give it a new profile, these ones give it more low speed power where you need it for offroad, I used no smoke thick oil for the assembly lube, I made that cam sprocket spanner wrench as the bolts wouldnt budge with my impact wrench, its almost done finish it up tomorow then hit the trails, the mice moved in and left nut shells in the bellhousing
  11. goin tomorrow June 30th anyone want to meet up/
  12. got the new engine in ,its a 93 still need to hook everything up,
  13. id do 3/16" tubing , if its all welded together you can stack the lifts
  14. I have a 2.2 and want to do a gasket job wheres the place to get all he gaskets I need? it has a blown head gasket,
  15. you still need them DR parts?

  16. my other car sold so this ones back in the shop it presently has a Blown HG 2.2 so that will come out and in with another , then this will be my DD and weekend Walker wheeler plan to see some good dents(clearence modifications) I will miss the 93 Imp I ran it for a year, it never was a wheeler I didnt want to bang it up and it had the 1.8, I really like the 2.2 with the delta low tork cams I feel thats the best for offroad as far as cheep and easy to get parts, so Ill fix that puppy and hit the trails so Jeff you need to get better and get a rig going brcause Im ready for this summer of fun extreme soobie wheelin
  17. what kind of hardness will you give the teeth , Im asuming the lockers out there have case hardened surfaces?
