  2. I built this car a year and a half ago or maybe longer , its a 85 or 86 GL has a EJ2.2 and a 3.9 Dualrange ,ran it as my DD for a year, its been sitting, well its getting a bigger lift, it has a 6" on it now Im going to do a 9" or maybe a 9-1/8" will be selling the 6" ounce its off, will be installing a toyota rear axle with a lockrite locker, plan to make a bolt-on kit to install a straight axle in the ea series cars , also it will get my first tube bumper that Im designing it will be a double tube with recovery points and a ATV winch mount, probably run 31" tires or maybe the 32s I have
  3. looks like Ill be there , whats the options on selling stuff? from the camp site? or a swap area? or a vender booth?
  4. good stuff guys I want to try this soon anyone want to help im in bellingham wa
  5. been to long I plan to go to walker valley in a few weeks if you got experiance and a good rig your welcome to join or a truck
  6. I dont know the differences the older toyotas and nissans are narrower then the new ones, with 31" tires all will work well, subaru diffs are 3.7, 3.9, 4.11, 4.44 so just get one that matches your front ratio, 4.11 would be easy to match good luck you will be glad you made the upgrade, no more axle issues
  7. when one of these adapters comes up used for sale Im interested
  8. got a online link ? or pictures of others that used this thing? or a detailed description of what this will be?
  9. got it Ill send out a discouted invoice with no shippin=ng for local pickup also sent off 2 more today #133 #137
  10. so keep the crank and drivers side cam in stock position, turn the passenger side cam sprocket 180 and maybe shuffle the spark plug wires around and run a carb or get 2 squirters to work at once , sounds quite simple and doable, so with the stock firing order 1-3-2-4, what 2 would fire together with the cam turned 180 ?
  11. OK thats what I thought so the stock coil system will work, now if I turn a cam 180 how will that effect the cam and crank sensor curcuit?
  12. go to my site and make the order Ill keep this open till I ship everything
  13. I was talkin to a old dirt track racer the other day, says he remembers a v-8 set up so it would run like a big 4, so 2 cylinders would fire at the same time, Ive been thinkin of trying it on a EJ I got a 2.5 and a 2.2, so I have a few Qs with the stock coil pack 2 plugs fire at once? correct? also if I turned one cam 180 off to get the valves to work together what would the computer do? maybe I could ditch 2 injecter wire leads and run 2 injecters off 1 lead to get 2 to inject at the same time , lookin at the crank which would fire at the same time ?, what is the stock firing order anyway? so you ECU experts can it be done and if so needs to be done as faf as wiring and sensors and such? if it works seems like for offroad this would give more power at low RPMs
  14. update #132 ready for local pickup #133 almost still need to grab the wires #135 not yet #130 and #137 cancelled unless you cotact me with a payment anyone else?
