  4. you want this EA71 engine, is so pay within a week or its on the open market

  5. I make and sell the adapter that allows you to install a newer EJ moter onto your Brat tranny , I also redrill the flywheel to bolt up
  6. will be redoing whole site soon , will end up with more info on lifts, engine swaps , wheels/tires and other mods ,
  7. ive broke stubs and axles on the rear if the stubs are strong a axle will break, key is driving technique , know your limits and work within them,
  8. thats it I made one out of a long bolt and ground down the sides to a tapered square
  9. I have a set of those black plastic seats I would part with, for me they are too narrow , I put thick Garbage bag seat covers on the rigs I used to get muddy , also where some good waterproof pants and coat helps. take us some pictures next time you swamp that rig SJR
  10. Jeff, not sure let me look

  11. this is what Ive found EA81 keep stock geometry , so if you want a 4" lift go 4" on everything EA82 2" over stock on front Axles OK and 1" over stock on rear axles OK
  12. lets get those orders in by the 20th , thank you to those who already paid
  13. i did 4" on this legacy 2" plus the outback struts those are 30 x950 tires
  14. if you use 7/16 you will not have to drill the strut top mount
  15. use 2 x 4 rectagular steel for the drop blocks, check out this thread http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=97445 6" at the struts, 5" at the diff and engine crossmember
  16. OK hows the EJ axles compare to the EA axles in strength anyone know that? I measured the rear (91 legacy wagon) and they are the same diameter as the EA82 axles I have , in my opinion if the axles are EA82 rear strength they are not strong enough unless you run a light vehicle with small tires , but Im asuming we are talkin a full Subaru not cut up to save weight and 28-29" tires , myself I would like to see some 32" tires
  17. whats your goal? travel for jumping ?or flex for offcamber slow moving? , if its flex you want you can do that without much travel , mount all the rear suspension on a frame and put a big pivot inline woith the driveshaft
  18. Thanks again Jeff for makin this happen one of the best runs ever , look forward to more in the future , my cars comin up on 4 years lifted old , may have been its last run Scott
