I have different springs (forester in the rear and SVX in the front) to give a little more lift, but you can use springs from a Subaru Baja to do the same and give a little more lift than outback springs on yours!
My wheels are aftermarket from a parts store called Pep Boys in the U.S., but maybe your parts store might have a similar 10-spoke design in the "gunmetal grey" color. The tires are General Grabber AT2, but mine are 14" rims... I think you will be using 16" rims which work perfectly with the General Grabber AT2 in a 215x65 16 size!

Hola Villano!!
Mucho gusto, y gracias para las palabras amables!
To answer your question, No and Yes.
A 2000 legacy has a different rear suspension than my 95 legacy so you cannot use the same parts (96-99 outback) as I did, BUT you can use struts and springs from a 2000-2003 outback to do the same thing on your car.
My brother-in-law exported a 2000 Legacy to his mother in Honduras, then he sent 02 outback front struts and rear shocks and springs to lift it the same way I did but with the correct body-year parts. It worked very well!!
You will need to get suspension parts from a 2000 - 2003 outback. You will need to get the front struts and the rear shocks and springs (2000 and newer legacies do not have macpherson struts in the rear like the older ones did from 90-99). With that you will have a lift and can fit taller tires!!
