  1. Hey thanks, yeah that did the think, now I got a stubborn p0420 which I am about done with, i'm going to create another post of that.
  2. I had originally create a topic, but I have no idea what happened to it. https://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/topic/175674-01-impreza-outback-engine-swap-now-transmissions-error-codes-appear/ Long story short, had a 2.2 swapped to 2,5 and now engine codes appear. P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor P0325 Knock Sensor 1 Circut p0733 Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio I got replacement sensors for the 2.2 because I did not know what 2.5 the engine came out of. So my two questions are, are the 2.2 sesnors fine? And any idea why I got the P0733?
  3. Car: 01 Subaru outback imprezza How much does a typical job cost? As in hour many labor hours? Can a novice do it? I can change a water pump
  4. Long story short my wife seized her engine and we have to get it replaced. So I had the engine come in and a local repair shop do the work. Now we we get the car back the AT light is flashing and it's P0748 and when I went to drive the car to see how it's acting when i turn the wheel to the left while it's moving forward i feel a bit of feed back like a short of shaking (or shimming). I feel like i'm getting fleeced at this point, the repair shop said there is no way they could have did something to the solenoid because they did not move the transmission. And now this shimmying to the left I never seen before and I feel it has to do something with the engine replacement. I have a 01 Subaru Imprezza Outback 2.2L Any thoughts or opinions is welcomed! Thanks!
  5. I recently had to get my engine replaced and after the engine replaced, and they swear they didn't do it. They've checked the voltage all the way up to the part where Subaru says you need Subaru's specific device. So of course I've screwed right now because they couldn't have possibiy did anything with the tranny replacing the engine. The light did go off but then came back on after revving the engine. Any help is welcomed.
