Sorry, 2006 Legacy 2.5i Limited. 99,135 miles I hear the noise sitting in the car. No engine, Everything is off, Ignition is in the ON position, engine is off. New Cabin Filter I think that is what it is... something trying to do something.... is there a way to fix it?

Hello, when I am sitting in the car with key in the on position I hear this sound like something is trying to run. It is the same sound all the time... kind of like something is trying to open or close, and the it cycles like every 30 seconds The A/C, heater, radio are all off.. I will try and record the sound later tonight.. any advice is helpfull.

I cleaned the throttle body about a week ago. I will get new wires (Subaru Only), put in Injector Cleaner (If I can find a good brand) and do a relearn procedure again. Thanks for the help

Hey, No it is in a garage always. The old plugs looked good when took them out, not burning any oil etc and they were all same make, model and no oil, etc. No oil on the boots when I change plugs out.

Hello, Here is the situation: Yesterday I noticed and misfire coming from the driver side, and it went away. I do run 93 octane fuel in it. Just put in new factory NGK spark plugs. I have only owned the car for 1.5 months. The care has 99,126 miles on it. I don't drive it hard.. Today, I went out and started it, there was a erratic misfire from the driver side. I took it for a drive, it seem to come and go, then on the way home the "Check Engine" light came on. Coolant Temp normal, Battery Normal I pulled the code using the Ignition Switch, Headlight, Trip/Odometer procedure>These were the codes came up with: P0000, P0302 Also, code C0108 came up, I knew about this one and have already purchased Subaru Driver Side ABS Wheel Sensor and will put it on when I do my Bilstein B6 Struts and Shocks in a few weeks. I will be doing all the Subaru Timing Belt components and Water Pump, & Oil Pump. in the next month too. Is there a Really Good Fuel Injection Cleaner out there?

Hello, I would like to get information from actual Legacy owners who have Bilstein B6 Struts & Shocks with either GT or Regular Legacy OEM springs. The questions I have are: 1. How does it ride? 2. Do you have any pictures of the car (before & after) installed. 3. Do these struts & shocks have any drawbacks? The KYB that are on it now are bouncy... I don't like them at all. Thank you

I am looking at Bilstein B6 setup. I know I need the B-Spec Strut mount... If I use GT Struts, will the weight of my auto transmission effect those that much?

Can or has anyone ever put Legacy GT Struts & Shocks on a regular 2.5i? If so or not why and did you have any issues?

Hello, I'm most likely going to install Bilstein B6 Shocks & Struts on my Legacy. I know I need the B-Spec Front Strut Mount. I noticed on Tirerack that they say it may increase the ride height of the car, but they don't say how much. Has anyone ever installed these? Do you have an image with these on it? Any issues with Bilstein? The KYB that are on the back are very soft and bouncy.. Thoughts? Images?

Hello, I was talking with a reputable engine builder about my engine EJ25. He told to to look at my Oil Pump housing number in the upper left corner. If it is a 7 or 9 he recommends getting a better pump. Either the 11mm or 12mm pumps. Has anyone ever heard of this? I'm going to talk with him today in detail to see what happens to these pumps.

Hello, I read a article from a builder that recommended using a water pump that cooled better because the fins were more closed off than most that you see. He said that with the Closed Fin style, the cooled was forced into a more narrow patch/direction, versus the open style with allows the coolant to kind of cavitate and stay stagnant. Do they make a Closed Style for the 60 Legacy 2.5i non turbo? Thoughts? See Images below

I think I just want a code reader. Heck, I may do damage otherwise LOL The code reader I own now is a Innova 3150d, and it can't read Subarus codes at all.

So is there a certain model in tactrix that you like or have used? I am one of a few people in the world that does not own a laptop.... but if this tool would save me enough money, I may consider it. Your thought are very appreciated.
