Hi, everybody! The problem is a little bit different this time. My '86 Leone is working perfectly but I bought a Dodge Omni 1990. The big problem mof mine is that here in Romania there's only a few of this car, for example in my state there's only this one, and I cannot find some technical book or a repairing manual . If someone would help me with a Link to an online adress where it would be found, should make me very happy. Thanks to everyone.

Brake liquid light warning!!!!!

Hi Bella, I'm nereby you. The problem should be with your rear brake lamps. There's a consumption sensor C.I nereby the rear lamp support. Inspect the lamps and clean the contacts (like on the Dacia, but use some professional contact cleaner, without mechanical cleaning ). This should help you. If don't contact me. -
GL Hatch- Anybody relocated fuel pump?
ocsike74 replied to Brettm57's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
Hi, I made this modification, locating the pump under the hood. All that I had to do was:- plongue of the two wires under the car to under the hood; - install a by-pas tube in the place of the old fuel pump; - locate the new pump under the hood but try to find an adequate position so that the possibility of fire in the engine compartiment will be excluded. -
Hi everybody! The problem was that the pump inside has a Plunger wich sends the fuel to the carburetor. But this plunger weared the cylinder where it's working so the blocking of the plunger was inevitable. The fault wasn't electrical because with a control lamp first of all I controlled the power taping and it was OK. Then I found the pump of an EJ10 what fittes perfectly and ready to go. Than you for your kind help.

The bigest problem is that here in Europe, it,s dificult to find parts for American machines. Today bought a fuel pump for an injection car but the deyt and pressure of the fuel is too high. Can someone tell me a machine model ( an europen one) where ti fit a pump like mine? Or maybe has anyone a bosch code of an equivalent pump?

Thank you

Subarian, this pump has the same caracteristics like the original one? ( debth, delivery pressure)

Can you tell me something about codes or maybe a model of a car where can be found a similary pump?

Hi, everybody, Can somebody tell me something about the fuel pump on a '86 carbureted GL 1800,4WD Sooby. My car is with fuel pump down. Please give me some part code or a similar car type or maybe a symilar puel punp type. Thank you.

Hi, I have a problem with my Soob: Need some codes for rear suspention unit those one what has adjustable height spring supports. My Soob is an '86 GL 4WD Coupe and the rear suspention unit is dead, but even the coils are a little bit gone because the height of the car is 15mm and the tyres are worn in the internal part. So those one who has this information please give it . Thanks!!! Maybe would you give me a link to a catalogue of Suub parts... Maybe. At least Thank You!!!

Removed Fuel filter, brown goo......
ocsike74 replied to jxavierf's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
First change the first one because it should be full of Mud, then change tha other one under the hood. Don't be angry because it's not a big problem . Change all filters in regulary intervallum. the best should be to take out your tank and clean it... -

Hi, Don't be so afraid because of fuel filter. Just think that the cantity of mud in your filter was stopped in the filter in time. About me check the filter and change it only when the service interval is fullfilled, and in case of emergency.
