  1. The black and white flyer is a good idea. We can use the color one on a back board and distribute the black and white ones.
  2. Jeff, the USMB link isn't the website. This is that URL http://members.dsl-only.net/~sawlid/wcss6/ I am on cable so you can send me the high res pic. Can you also update the logo's from the website to the flyer? You can add the email addy's as well. Thanks, Ken
  3. That sounds like Rollie's Brat. We put the lift on in my garage.(back when I could get cars in the garage )
  4. To get responses you should provide a better title. Be descriptive and you'll get replies.
  5. Andy, if all you did was remove the rears you shouldn't need to bleed the others unless you ran it dry of fluid. Probably just need to bleed it some more.
  6. EA82's are longer. They have the same spline count but the shaft is longer. They really aren't interchangable.
  7. I specifically recommend 1stSubaruparts. I know them personally and get no kick backs from my endorsements. They will give you a better than fair price. They are knowledgable and above all a pleasure to deal with. If you talk to them on the phone don't hesitate to tell them Ken sent you. Be sure to state you want the internet pricing and you'll get the best price possible.
  8. Should be a plug and play. I have installed discs in 2X and 4X. Same install on both. Much better set up that surprises me Subaru didn't do.
  9. I would have to concur with 'freak on this. I have run EA82 flywheels with a number of 5sp swaps and have not experienced a vibration due to engine speed. I would be willing to bet that the pressure plate may not be set on the flywheel right though. There are marks on the flywheel and the pressure plate. They have to be at least 100 degrees away from eachother. The mark is on the ring gear and the plate. It looks like a circle imprinted into the metal. These are used for referencing the two parts. Unfortunately, the only way to check that would be to seperate the engine and trans.
  10. Hydraulics can be added to a solid motor only when it is in a disassembled state. The solid casting doesn't allow for lifter removal as the hydraulic casting does.
  11. They are described as liter mugs. Perfect beer mug, heavy gauge with a strong handle.
  12. Sounds more like a poorly adjusted or worn out clutch(without hearing it). Try to adjust the clutch to see if the squeal goes away. If it doesn't it's time for a new clutch.
  13. What you want out of the motor is the first decision. You can interchange parts between solid lifter and hydraulic lifter blocks. If ytou have a solid lift brat cam you must change the cam and lifters as a set. You can add hydraulic heads to a solid motor. You will need to use the rocker assy that matches the cam. The crank is the same in both. Good luck!!
  14. Pretty cool stuff Brett, kind of tame for you guys though. The Vortex(XT) had no problems with that hill. BTW, do you have an email that you get to before your kids? I have a couple of questions for you. Ken
  15. Wow, I didn't realize the logo's linked. Great idea. Please do add Delta as well. http://www.deltacam.com/
  16. Nicky is doing a couple of things to it. It should be back up soon.
  17. Nice! Are you going to get adequate air flow for the amp in the rear cubby?
  18. Sounds like you need a Superwinch then.Anywhere from a 2500lbs on up. I have used the 2500 before and it works OK for pulling. I currently have a S4500 on my Brat and it works extremely well. Kind of big to mount to a Brat permanently though. Mine is set up on a removable mount.
  19. 15" and 390mm wil both bolt up. Tires will be extremely expensive for the 390mm wheels. As McBrat suggested communication with the seller would be mandatory. The winch depends on what you plan to use it for. What type of winch mount are you going to use?
  20. Yes they have been on EBay. A couple people I know have purchased them and like 'em.
  21. I haven't had it in the dirt or gravel yet. It sure tightened up the tarmac though. I'll get some pics soon.
  22. They are coilover shocks. And yes, they do need to be the same as stock. They support the vehicle.
  23. That works good Brian. I'll try to incorporate that into the events schedule page.
