  1. I went back and looked again. It is badged as an Isuzu. The hubcaps also bear the Isuzu logo. Good eyes Galen.
  2. Tony, not to step on toes but the 14"ers came with acorns or open lugnuts on the Peugoets. It may have had the "ball" washers when you got them but I have seen/used them with acorns. If you compare the seats in the wheels between 14's and 15's you'll see the difference.
  3. The 15" alloys require the use of their respective lugnuts. The 504 14's also have a special washer/nut combo. The 505 steels(both 14 and 15") use standard acorn style lugnuts. The 14" alloys from the 505 can also use standard acorn lugnuts.
  4. I guess I wasn't clear. If we can assist with locations we can have more events. More locations means more events.
  5. Subaru was well represented. Actual count? Don't know. Subaru was well represented for sure. Brat's, wagon's, Legacy's, Impreza's, Justy's, WRX's and yes, even an STi and for good measure and fairness an EVO.
  6. Scooby, Where? Ask the owners if they would consider renting out their fields for rallyX. It's a better deal if they(SCCA/NWR) run it. Better insurance and they supply the stuff needed to run safely.
  7. What an incredibly great day. This was so much fun. Almost all of the competitors were fun to be with. Got to see some people I hadn't seen since last year. Eric, Sean, Ed, Mark, Craig, Jeff all made Suabru's look good out there. Second place caught Jeff completely by surprise. He was talking that he didn't think he did very well. His times were consistant and improving with each run. Open guys got two good runs in before the track deteriated. The last two runs took a while to complete but was a lot of fun to watch. Thank you for the compliments. All I can say is the Brat ran like it was on fire. It caught me by surprise how well it handled.
  8. I've used the big Accell coil for about 4 years. It was used when I got it. I put the same coil on the '85 and no problems to speak of. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Besides, I think the smaller coils may be for point type distributors and not for the electronic ones we have.
  9. I would say that it wouldn't be a problem. You probably won't get a front row but it'll be OK.
  10. What time will you guys be rolling through Auburn? I'll try to meet you. That, or I'll go a little early to set up the "Pits".
  11. I talked with Emily last week. She said they are extremely busy. They are basically going to have to close the doors for a week or two to get all the work they have done. They are going on vacation in two weeks. Try calling them. (303) 293-9230 Just be prepared to have it take a little bit to get your order completed. Remember they service the entire country. Not just our board.
  12. SWEEEEEET!! Excellent job. I will be contacting those involved for another project.
  13. Yes, we will have a site soon. I want more info before I put it up.
  14. They fit great in my '86 Brat. No issues with fit at all.
  15. Greg, you may have parts from one of Caleb's cars already.
  16. There's a Fred Meyer at the next east bound exit(272nd) on Hwy 18 that everyone could meet at. Make it an easy place for the north/south crowds to hook up.
  17. I'm in. I want to try that trail. I haven't been past rope rock yet. Success or failure will determine the future for me.
  18. I had a great time. Wasn't anything real crazy but fun(except for Rob's exploits) all the same. I finally got to present Rob(Turbone) with his Badge of Honor. Austin earned his set as well for the '80 wagon. (That may have had a heavy price though) I'm sure he'll elaborate later. This trip was not without carnage though. MikeW ripped a strut top off. Turbone ripped the rear diff hanger loose and then off. Austin found his car is waterproof interior wise. But it soaked everything else. We managed to temporarily fix and repair all damage and everyone left under their own power.
  19. Interchangability is zero for bady panels and interior. Bolt-on wise. You can modify seats and the trans to fit the '82. A few people have installed the motors back and forth. The '86 motor into the '82 requires alot of wiring issues. A couple of people have even installed the EA81 engine into the EA82 car. I'm sure this doesn't clear up alot of things but it may help get you an idea.
