Beautiful car and location. It definitely looks like a scene from Washington state. It reminds me of Lake Keechelus... Winter... Summer

I believe the later wide case EA71's were also hydraulic. At least the '85 and later. But, yes, they are all the EA71 and EA81 motors were pushrod motors.

Qman replied to Qman's topic in Meet n' Greet. Your USMB Welcome Center
3' at Chinnok and Cayuse passes has them now closed for the season. Crystal should be opening for boarders. Should be a good tree run this year. I am already getting excited about it! -
Annual Hatch Patrol Xmas Tree run

Cool, I also hope to have my truck back together in the next couple of weeks. -
I noticed/stated that to my co-workers that I was showing this to last night. I really wish we could have come up with the money when these first came out. We talked about putting them on my Hatch.

Where it appeared to be "troubled" is actually a steering technique. Considering the horsepower being placed through them I thought they performed quite well.

I have seen trax in person. We discussed using them on my Hatch back in the day. I saw the spy footage of this and it didn't do justice to the real "toy"

I will be leaving by 3:00pm for home. I will have pop-ups and firewood. Please bring your own chairs, food and beverages and be eager to have a fun day. Welcome aboard! -
Yes, congratulations are in order for Mr. Mager. First stage rally win. First overall 1st. And ran 12 miles of the mountain stages with out brakes after blowing a rear caliper. I spoke with Mark on Monday and he was still very excited about it. Very cool when one of our own makes it!! Great job Mark!

You are right, expanding foam is not a structural fix. That area is structural and important. You will need to repair it properly or part it.

Sealed wheel bearing question

GD, you know the rules of engagement... DanMac, your new here, the rules of engagement(debate) attack the idea not the person. Everyone else, I blame you more than both of them. I have editted the stupid out of this thread. If your post isn't here anymore then you should now know. -
Axle cluster&^@% please help! Updated

People, quit... first, bad mouthing a mechanic before you find out the true problem is plain stupid! A part failure is not his fault. If he did install it wrong then it is. When did you get your crystal balls back from the shop? The "guesses" are just that. Do not discount anyone's "opinion" as there is not enough information to do so. Some of you are getting way too big for your britches! -

Crater Lake is indeed beautiful. But everything around it is desolate.

How long does LSD conversion take?

Gary, follow my write-up and you will be fine. PB or Yield advice is good. DO NOT USE a 5/16 or 8mm socket. Everyone I have seen done this way only works 1/2 the time. Then you get to cut off the stub and bolt head to remove it. The best way to break the stub bolts loose is with an impact driver(the hammer type). This breaks any rust loose and loosens the bolt at the same time. Most tool trucks have the socket on-board. If not, they can have it drop shipped tp your door. The time required depends solely on your abilities and tools. If you don't have the right tools it will take longer. It should only take an hour or so to do though. -
They won't show because your acct is set to private. Can't see the album either.
