  1. I'm happy to know they exist. Now I just have to keep my eyes open!
  2. Hope someone saves it. I think they're asking $25.00 as listed for a cluster on their site. Good deal.
  3. Good score dude! Love the decals. IMO, one of the few Brats well worth every penny he was asking! Saw it tooling around Vanc. a couple of times...
  4. That is the layout in my '85 Brat and '84 wagon. Neither are orange. Lucky you, I would love to have an orange cluster(s). Must be pretty rare as I have never seen that layout in orange.
  5. Schweet. What did you use? Flat/semi/gloss?
  6. Very interesting. Looks good. I checked out their site but couldn't find a color wheel.
  7. Yup, Mine is same color. Hope to be able to repaint some day.
  8. So lemme get this straight. You have TWO Brats now?? Way to go dude!!!! P.S. Is it that silver one in Vancouver?
  9. Interior? I used to have an '81 myself. Wish I still had it, but it was a pile of rust and had some electrical issues.
  10. Nice '81. Along with the '82, probably the rarest of Brats. Got more pics?
  11. Maybe you could do a write-up on this? I've seen it done several times (I think I've busted the front glass on almost every car I've owned) and fairly confident in my ability to do it, but would like to make sure I'm getting all the steps correct. I need to replace the front glass in my wagon. Well, don't NEED to, but I do have a small crack in it and a replacement for it sitting in my shed.
  12. I've only seen those wheels a couple of times over the few years I've been here. It's all in the bolt pattern.
  13. Keep us updated. I look forward to your progress!
  14. Good score! The wheels on it are a find as well.
  15. Yeah, I would be concerned. If you can get more pics on the '82 and/or check it out in person and it has less/no rust, definitely go for the '82. The extra 700 worth it.
  16. Yup, prices for most anything '80's and earlier Subaru are going up fast right now. I'm surprised how much values for '80's wagons are right now for crappy ones. Sometimes, just sometimes, makes me consider selling my nice '84 wagon (never the Brat!).
  17. Flip a coin. IMO they both are over priced, but that's the way it is with Brats. The '82 is the rarest of the breed, only year with that headlight set up. If that's really the best the sellers are willing to do on price, and you have the $$ to go either way, check them out in person and get the one YOU like.
