Hey, I drove all the way to Yakima to meet up with you a few months ago. Did we forget already? J/K. -
Sorry I didnt make it, just couldnt get away from home today

Thats real sad. Thats the most sorry excuse for a rack I've ever seen. Jack stands dont cost all that much. You could have been hurt and you definatly hurt your car. Hope you learned a lesson :-\

Are you going to put them to good use? When are you going to test them? Huh? Huh?

A few years back PNW had a RallyX at PIR. Theres quite a large field next to the track. But its a car breaker, a few people racing broke struts and hubs on the course. Big rocks and ruts. But no serious off-roading stuff that I know of. But Evans Creek isnt to far away Maybe an hour away. I think no matter what kind of Soob you own, you should attend. It sounds like its going to be rockin. I for one would love to get on the track in my XT6 -

Tranfercase rigs- what tire you running, how big?
Turbone replied to Scott in Bellingham's topic in Off Road
Yes, 8in lift. I think I would prefer skinnier tires, altho these ride nice. I worry some about damaging the sidewalls on roots/rocks, they cost to much to replace. I need more time off-road with it to make a discision yet. -

Zap, my list is almost identical to yours :-p There might be some from the last shows I didnt catch names of, but in all, about the same. Hopefully next year I can camp out @ the WCSS. -

30x11.50 on 15" Chevy wheels. Man these suckers are wide, almost got me a ticket cause of them(among other items). No breakage yet, havent had a chance to get wild with it. -
PM me your addy, I'll see if I can come by this Sunday.
-
If it get it gets lifted and/or painted, it would be fine. It would probably never see any serious off-roading anyways
-
I'll try and come by today.

Do you have a name for your race team? Also, what class and series do you race in? If you want us to come and watch, we need to know what and where.

I think that classifies as a Salvage Yard:drunk: -
Has anyone figured out how to wire trailer lights for EA82 wagons? I did a search, but everything that came up was for new gen rigs. I'm trying to save a little time, I know its going to be a PITA searching for the wiring harness in the back panels

Well, for one thing, its in OZ. Second, for the narrowed rear end and skinny front tires, I would say - definately not Subaru running gear. It might just have a tube frame. But if you look behind the front tire, theres a exhaust pipe sticking out. So I might think there could be a import motor of some kind under the hood, certainly turbo or more. I wonder how much of the body is glass?

Issues. Update! Please help
Turbone replied to Allowishus's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
I think your looking for a problem that doesnt exist. Most Soobs that are of this age have these symptoms. Do you have a driveability issue? It might be something as simple as the carb needing adjustment. -
Anyone Know how to fix this? [PROB-SOLVED]

It depends. You wont know unless you get under the car and grab either end and move the DOJ/CV around. But in general, if the boots are good, it should be ok for awhile or a long time.
