  1. the xt has allot of over hang for wheelin i bent the nose up on mine slightly

  4. i agree why are you trying to go 12k with out an oil change
  5. i find that very offensive my truck has 183k on it and it still runs like brand new never eats oil and still has all origonal motor/transmission and i just changed the diff this weekend due to blown pinion i admit dodges engines are crap and so are most of chevys new stuff but the old ones run forever
  6. so just so i got this straight the junk yard run is sunday morning and weer going wheelin sunday around 1oclock
  7. on the xt-6 you pull the three bolts around the edges and it comes out easily(not)if you fiddle with for a while it should slide out. have a timing light handy when you put it in as you will need to set your timing for the "new" distributer to work

  14. help i pushed my raditor supports0 up 4 wheeling i amaisingly i didn't hurt my brand new radiator but i pushed the frame up evrey thing is alright but now my hood sticks up an inch to high the raditor supports are visably bent any ideas also i will never offroad my xt again but i was very impressed with it's capabalities and had a great time alsodetermined that there was a bad coolant hose the hg's are fine for those who read the post on that
  15. the f-350 i somtimes operate at work requires you to shift 4 then 3 then revese the manual says it is to keep you from damaging the transmission

  17. the way i did it was by wedgeing the front end of the car in the bottom of a canal
  18. if i got my truck fixed definatly and quit worrieing about it, it's not that bad i'll have to pull it behind the fence and pull the raditor the some how pull down to fix it but once that is figured out it shouldn't be to bad while i will never take the xt-6 off road again it was good to see what it could really do i was very impressed the better part of all this was on the way home i blew a coolant line and dumped all the coolant, fixed now i'm just thanking god my 5 month old raditor wasn't hurt
