i found out why the prevouse owner sold it 1/4 of the raditor was welded shut pics coming i found the same raditor i said forget it i'm not modifying an xt raditor the major reason is that i am planning to turbo charge mine and i need the bigger cooler

you'l love this i pulled ou the raditor and the middle of the core about 4-5 in was solid stop leak the raditor is toast now i know why the old owner traded it into the dealer i orderd a new one today should be here tommorow i'll try to get some pics of the old one on the board soon

i have a 89 xt6 with all those options get it. it took 2 hrs to completly drop the transmission on mine when i replaced the clutch over all it is very easy to do work on and very fun to drive if you don't take it email me and i'll come get it -

yes the fans come on the dealer wants 400 for a raditor i am planning to get the old one cleaned out or re-cored i found a place that only wants $80 what do i have to lose also i just replaced the raditor cap the old one had a big whole in the gasket either way looks like i'm driving my truck for a few days

my car keeps over heating i think my radiator is shot i just installed a new thermistat a week ago it helped with the problem but it still over heats on hot days

when i bought my xt-6 i towed it 200 miles on a dolley i just un bolted the rear axel from the differential. also he is right u haul screwed up the mixed up the pickup point and the desination cost me an hr and a half sorting it all out

i just bought a black xt-6 the car is well fun to drive i am planning to rebuild the engine soon due to tick of death i was wondering if any one could give me the origonal factory specs info i know 2.7 liter 6cyl. n/a 5spd fulltime 4wd sohc also is it possably to take the turbocharger out of an xt turbo or does anyone make an aftermarket kit

i just baught an xt-6 three weeks ago when i picked it up it needed a clutch i paid about $1400 the hood is scratched and i also had to replace the thermostat but other than that the car is mint runs great and is fun to drive 148k althought i paid a bit much
