  1. I trust you enough. I would like to see pics of the transmission(s) to verify product exists. Mainly just to insure what you send ends up being what we receive. Any ballpark on shipping?
  2. I wanted to thank all of the volunteers, vendors/sponsors, and attendants for making this one of the best shows yet. We had 220+ cars registered for the show, and a good majority of those showed up on Friday and camped all weekend with us. Our Vendors/Sponsors really stepped up huge this year to allow us to put on a great show. Thank You! - Smart Service - PIA - Superior Import Repair - Outback Automotive - PRE - Surgeline Tuning - All Wheel Drive Auto - Dirty Impreza.com - Armin Ausejo Photography - AVO - Velocity Carbon - SJR Special Thanks needs to go out to Subaru. They allowed us to have a great location, and kept plenty of us from going hungry! They brought along some pretty 2010 Legacy's too! For perhaps the first time ever, we ran out of t-shirts! If you didn't get one and you would like to order one, we will be doing a second order and shipping them to you. Please email Richie@fixmysuby.com to order them! We are also looking for pictures of all the winning cars. If you won, or have pictures of cars that did, post them up or email them to westcoastsubarushow@gmail.com. We'll get them up on the website I was super stoked on a turnout of the old school rides. Way to go! Thanks again for another great year! - Tex
  3. Looks like all the sponsors/vendors are listed on the website: http://www.westcoastsubarushow.com
  4. Scoobyclimbs, we will have people on site starting early on Friday if you guys want to stop in first and drop off gear. Glad you found a trail pretty close!
  5. Couple things... See me when you get there, i'll find you guys some power. Second, please please please bring box/bag/something to deal with your cut wire. You will end up with a lot of garbage wire, which you should probably take home with you, it can come in handy when doing the swap! Third, Good luck!
  6. Hey guys, We won't be holding hard to the 4pm gate open. We just don't want hordes of people there before all the organizers can get there. I'd say showing up anytime after 1pm would be fine, just be patient with us if things aren't all set up yet!
  7. Gates open in the afternoon on Friday. We don't have a set time yet, but I would imagine around 2pm. You CAN bring your dog, however we request that they stay in the camp area. Dogs must be nice and on a leash and under control at all times. You must scoop the poo! And please also be aware that it is a car event, so if your dog is easily spooked or annoyed by cars, that they are left at home. We want people and dogs to stay safe. Camping fees will be collected at the gate.
  8. Want to use a tank thats already out and pretty much empty? I have one out of my Brat you can have for free. I just need to get rid of it.
  9. Don't let it hear you brag. It will end that streak! EA82T's are out to get us.
  10. Noah has some XT6 arms that are already 1" longer... see if he'll give them up
  11. I would try to keep the sway bar in the stock position. If you are serious about keeping it, look into fabricating longer endlinks. My street warrior also rocks a front sway bar.
  12. Pooparu, I went through and cleaned up your thread. Let me know if I missed anything, or took to much out.
  13. Del, Send your information to westcoastsubarushow@gmail.com and I'll get you setup!
  14. Time Attack is definately a hot wheel color combo. I'd go more traditional Time Attack and do a Flat Black wheel with Red Bead. Either way you go, flat or gloss, it will look sick!
  15. Go get get a real 3 door and try again. We aren't talking about your wagon... Hahaha, yeah. I really need to do something about those. I call the wagon "Brown Beast". I learned to wheel following 2 of the most competent and skilled drivers around. They taught picking lines and finesse will get home at the end of the day. Before the swap, I had a skid plate. Had the stupid 3" drop block in the front. I hit it on the front more than I got close to hitting it on the bottom. After the swap, I decided to ditch the skid plate. It would have to be way to low to clear the pan. The big thing the skid plate protects on the EA82 cars is the stupid oil sender... Damaging that is a day ender. But with the EJ22, I no longer have that to worry about. 1st place went to a really really nice xB, and 2nd place went to my teammates super clean Outback. Car doesn't get out as much as it used to. Its hard to find time, and people that are going in comparable rigs/skill level. The wagon wheeled a lot differently than normal. For one, I didn't have the safety net of big swampers. With my A/T's I have to be a lot more specific where the tires are put. I drive this car as my daily driver, so I have one of the rear axles pulled out. I took an axle with me in case we got to something I couldn't get up, but that didn't happen. The most difficult climb I had to attempt 3 times... mainly it was trying to figure out the best placement of my single locked rear wheel
  16. Those things are monsters huh? My last set of wheels (peugeot alloys) had a real deep lug hole, and I had trouble getting my normal nuts tight enough with my socket. I had these monstrosities laying around from some raffle I won at a show, the worked fine on those! I've been thinking about changing them back to my old ones stock style lugs, but I have to find them, then get off my butt and do it.
  17. Saturday: 3rd Place 5-door Sunday: Yes, I have a special set of light covers for shows... they like to get stolen!
  18. I should be making an appearance later in the evening after the show. By wee hours do you mean like 8pm or later?
