I just purchased my 5th Subaru, a 1998 Legacy Outback with the upgraded security system. However the remote was lost. How can I deactivate the system? The link at cars101.com says that it is for lost remotes, but the directions it supplies require a remote to be present! Please help ASAP, as the alarm goes off for a LONG time! Thanks
