    Hi Eric This is Jerry, if your trans has only 2 switches on it then it is a 85-86 trans but if it has 4 switches then it is a later trans. This 5 speed kit makes it possible to unbolt your old 4 speed trans and bolt up the 5 speed trans and keep everything stock in your brat.
