    I have an opportunity to possibly strip whatever I want from a 1985 2WD Subaru GL. Some few things will fit, obviously, but I am wondering what all might bolt-up that I might not consider. Aside from engine, wheels, etc. what can cross over? I need a Carb and seats really bad, so I hope those will fit. but what about any of the interior, like the carpet, door panels, etc.? I would guess that some of the other items under the hood might work, such as alternator, fuel pump (Yes, I know some subarus have that tucked back by the rear wheels), waterpump? I presume that the dash will not work at all, either for fit or for electrical hook-ups, although I would love to if I could. I also presume that the front end parts, such as the grill, headlights, etc will also not fit/bolt-up. - am I wrong??? I will have to know by this coming Wednesday, the 23rd, as that is when I will be able to do the stripping, so I may post this in more than one forum, because I really need to know, and I really need to know now. Thanks.
