    Hi, The first car I owned was an 83 GL 4WD Wagon (manual Hi-Lo); she was, hands down, the best girlfriend I ever had; the insurance company totaled her back in 1996. At the time, I could afford car payments but, I couldn't afford car rental and $5600.00 +/- in repairs so, I let them have her. Well, I'm in a position to maybe pick up an automatic with on 75000 miles but, it's a salvage title; based on the pictures, I'm no too worried about the title but, I don't know the transmission. I can take the manual apart in my sleep (still) but the automatic has got to be pretty different. Anyway, I haven't seen it yet and the point may be moot; I'm trying to get my niece to go see it and photograph the hell out of it before I decide to get on a plane and have a date. I whined so much about the car I replaced her with, my wife finally told me to STFU and go buy an Outback, so, I did. Yeah, she's heavier but, more to love..
