HI Everyone, My first time to post. 2002 Outback Wagon with a 2.5L engine. 4 cyl. My belts shredded so had to replace them. But the car won't start now. Replaced the battery. Still won't. I only get 2 functions from the battery: the dinging sound with the key in the ignition...
