Hey all! Loving the group here. Just picked up an 1989 GL Wagon from my neighbor for $60... Sat for 9 years. Actually quite clean (but thats besides the point.) After scouring the forums here Ive pretty safely eliminated the fuel pump relay and other miscellaneous issues as my problem. Was able to show 12v (ish) at the harness to the fuel pump when cranking but the pump will not function. Therefore I am looking at replacement pumps! Anyone have any experience with this? http://www.jcwhitney.com/p3095726/sku-12288747.jcwx?TID=gglpla&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIn_K7mcrB1wIVSjwbCh3SNALtEAkYAiABEgJx1fD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds Its the Autobest F4323. Says it does not fit my specific application... but looks identical to the factory unit. Any help would be great! NO way am i dropping $150 plus on a pump for a $60 car.

So I'm looking to get a Subaru for a first car. I'm already driving a 05 baja turbo but that's my dad's car and dosent get the best millage. My dad has givin me a budget of around 2k but would like to be under it. I've been looking at older outbacks and imprezas and legacys. What would be the best rec. for a first car. Right now I'm looking at a 99 outback but had a bad oil leak and 2 97 Subaru impreza auto with the 2.2 engine. I would like to keep the car for a long time. What would be a good model choice and with what engine. I'm in fl so it's hard to find subarus down here

Hey guys i thought id put this in one easy to find place. This is probably the simplest way to lift your subie. This is for a ea82 but the same methods can be adapted to ea81 models. To lift the front: Recommended but not necessary to function: To lift the rear: OR I hope this is helpful. I did not make these diagrams. Thank you to there authors. Cheers!

Recently I acquired a 2001 lego sedan for $300 and it runs, drives, has a clear title, the only problem with it is the drivers side is bagged up a bit...any who I want to make it into an off road rig. But I'm trying to find a cheap way to lift it, I have a couple of ideas but always looking for suggestions!
