    Hello, Just a quick newbie question: what is the rod/bar thing circled in the images? I'm trying to track down noise in the front end (another topic) and was poking and proding at things when I noticed that this bar was easily movable and that when I lifted it up and let it drop it hit against the metal below it and made a noise, though different than the noise I'm tracking down. I however cannot figure out what it attaches to or what it's for. I'm thinking it's either not supposed to move or there should be something to stop it from hitting metal on metal. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Guys, Have a 1995 Outback wagon. In the tailgate, wondreing what the lights above the reverse lights are. I thought High Intensity Tail lights? They don't work and bulbs are ok. Wiring is Blue with Yellow stripe. Have downlaoded wiring diagram, but no reference to them. Would like to utilise them with front fog lamps. Any answers or advice, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Aussie Dad
