baccaruda
chased away that Q$G@$%G@%G throttle cutout yesterday. the day before i switched out the vacuum solenoids on the strut tower by the MAF, did nothing. played with more stuff, nothing. finally unplugged the TPS and started the car, revved it, and it didn't cut out until i plugged the TPS back in. so i changed the TPS and added some 10ga groundwires from the transmission to the spare tire shelf, since the original there was fried.. and from the distributor to the strut tower, and from the radiator to a hood latch bracket, started it, and got to drive with the throttle behaving itself. Adam N.D.J.
Good deal, I hate that problem. I've got it on the Brat, right around 1/4 throttle, it'll start bucking and sputter, ugly. Only problem though is I can't find a TPS, or at least one that cost less than my origonal investment in the motor.
